Kovur Post Office

They have a very bad habit of delivering late purposefully. They don't come to home for delivery. When we see delay of letters and parcel, we have to go to post office, they will provide a number of the post man to talk to him and get the delivery. He makes a common point every evening to give deliveries at that point. The delivery boy not having proper dress code or sign of post office uniform. I doubt actual post man or women were not doing their duty.

They won't come to deliver mails to doorstep. They dimply sitting in the office znd mentioned doorstep locked your consignment kept until Bila bila bila

Very very worst service i received parcel after out for delivery after one week .That also after i made coplaint to india post customer care and complaint raised to india post public grievence officer

They never deliver a single item putting reason as address not located....... worst post office ever

I give '0' for their service. They said the addressee was not at home, when I was home all day. POOREST OF THE POOREST SERVICE.

I got a parcel which needs to be delivered to my address a week back. Status is updated as out for delivery on very next day itself. Post man did not even tried to attempt the delivery instead updating the status as door locked every day though I was available in my house. Definitely it need action to update false status and not doing his work properly. Wat if there is a urgent parcel/message which needs immediate attention from receiver.

Though it's a small space...the facilities they provide here are more..Rd,FD,PPF,sukanya yojana,recent one like mahila samman yojana...many,detailed form filling procedure is posted all through the building... Also courier services and passport application too . They respond in a better way compared to city hyped post offices Only backlog is many courier/post don't get delivered on time....Sometimes takes a month/ never

I got a speed post. They didn't try to deliver the whole day. In the morning itself, it was updated as Out for delivery. Around 7pm, they updated as"Door locked". I was waiting at the door itself the whole day. The next day, I went to the post office and collected the speed post. At their office, they were polite. But they were asking me, where the street is.
