Worst experience ,poor customer service they put one counter for deposit and withdrawl even in crowded people, superior plz try to rectify

Aadhaar Service is tokenised, We have to get token from the front desk next to ATM. There is no notice of any sort that there is a front desk and we must get token from there before getting into Aadhaar service desk, if you are first timer like me then you will only find out after waiting in queue at Aadhaar service desk. Whoever introduced this token system have such a poor customer service skills.

Adhar department staff was very kind and polite helped me in a very good way to change my date of birth and suggested me short and neat route, explained me entirely nice, my wish is to have all the government job holders to learn from such a people thanks a lot sir. Went to passport renewal department they are kind,quick and responsive thanks a lot madam. Salute to the entire team of the post office situated near the kanji thotti munai Bus stand.
