After applying for aadhar and pan at this centre, we have visited various times for follow up regarding the same and were assured of getting in few days all the time we went after two months approx, when I requested them my greivences of 5+ visits they conveyed that print of the passbook is not clear and they will retry and if it doesn't work then to get a better print. Then after another 15 days they said it didn't get processed and as they said I got them a new passbook print from the bank. This time the person at the office said she will charge for applying again. I requested that I have provided all the required documents as asked from them, and this should be conveyed to the customer long back they accepted to get the work done. Again after 15 days they completely denied that they won't do it and ask Modi government at the toll free number. I have approached them to get the work simplified and quickly as they are professionals for this job. Rather I am very very disappointed with their approach. They charged me 800 rupees for 2 aadhaar and pan card and after three months I haven't got either of my job done. I am still waiting for the pan which they say will come in weeks time for past one month. Adhaar card won't be done by these guys now, and now I don't want to repay for the same as I have lost faith in them. I am very very disappointed with them.

Extremely disappointing experience! The employee and owner were unresponsive and unhelpful. The costs were excessively high, and the service was subpar. I would strongly advise against visiting this place, as you'll likely waste your money and not receive a satisfactory solution.

Very worst just for Aadhar address change they told to come 4-5 times and after updation, next day I got message that adhar updation failed. Very worst staffs.. they saying they will call and update but they are not calling. We only need to call and follow

Worst service. I have paid 1500 rs. For voter id. Didn't opt for it since the charges are too high when asked at other places. And requested to cancel on the same day and refund the money. Once amount paid not refunding back. Have to keep calling for a week still amount not received. Amount charges are very high than the other centers. Fake reviews led me here. Beware
