I went for cash deposit. The service is good. Done KYC updation also. Staffs are polite and helpful. Special thanks to counter number 3.

The banking process all are good but the time they consuming for the process is quite high.. Parking area is less. Need to put many ATM nearby places.

Worst service. Though I am pregnant with 9 months, I went to the bank to sort out my net banking issues. They made me sit for 3 hrs and made me roam between the counters. Finally, one lady officer attended and tried to solve the issue. She tried something and told to wait for a week. If not working, she told to send a letter through family members to solve the same. After a week, I sent my cousin with detailed letter. Again they are not responding well and treated this as new case and telling me to come in person. Very irritating, they are not even considering the person health and emergency. WORST WORST SERVICE.

Very worst service. Not provide relevant answer for the queries.. all showing very much attitude if customer approach them.

This content only for service desk manager mam her name is priya.-musiri branch sbi counter no 1. Before going here take your bedsheet and pillow. Because it'll take a whole day to do any process here(Note: not for all departments and all staffs - i directly mention only one staff and her name is priya ( services manager).I don't know whether sbi branch always didn't choose good persons for service desk manager position. She is such ah rudeful kind person. She has treated the customers patiences level upto heavy levels. I think sbi will get good luck on past for getting such ah irritating kind services manager like priya because she is the one and only , among the staff who is responsible for the sbi s bad name.i think priya is the only person who is suitable to act like barking dog that's while she also barks with customer s. Finally i think that priya is the only person with rudefull kindlly irritating scholding staff. Pls do one thing sbi, that place is more suitable for customer patiences checking company. Go and intract with some other staffs in musiri branch sbi. Don't go near to the priya (serives manager) and don't ask with him because she is barks like an dog (not ah normal dog she is like a veripudicha sori dog i think makalea). PS : don't forgot to take lunch and dinner(incase you needed) Simply priya mam can test your patience level here

Good Atm ( touch screen) A/C not working day to day they are increase all fees.... (25Rs fee when card decline >not available enough money, 25Rs Deposite by cdm without card, annual atm maintenance 115Rs, Annual sms charge Rs60 Split by 4period) During Rush time watchman not allow the peoples properly ,some known person permit quickly without any discussion. Manager and other staffs works good (But strictly follow the rules).

Worst Bank no one people also not responding.m giving ATM card application finished 1 months not came ir-responsible for bank staffs
