Aadhar Enrollment Center

I visited this place to get my adhar changes done and I had an unpleasant experience with your staff in the front desk who was very rude and unprofessional. She was dismissive and when asked for assistance, spoke to me in an abrupt manner. Her behavior was insulting and I was humiliated in front of other people. Someone needs to educate her to communicate with customers. She is not working for free there. She does not have any rights to speak to customers that way. It was on 17th March at 10.45AM. She was the lady who was taking everyone's application forms.

Horrible attitude from the two girls working here. If management is looking these reviews teach them some manners. Unfit for the job. They just shout at people who come there, behave rudely , unprofessional words. I think someone should make a complaint to a higher level for the way they are ill treating the customers.

Useless center. Today I went for my daughter's Aadhaar enrollment. After waiting two hours, the front desk lady said that they were not currently enrolling new Aadhaar cards. Afterward, I went to the Metukkupam post office and, within ten minutes, they completed the entire process. This Aadhar enrollment center is not worthy; the government should take action. Don't waste your time here better go near post office.

Warning: Poor Service They exploit people all day. Please check your local e-seva centre. These people suck entire day without reasoning. it's proper government staff behavior. I had to wait more than 3 hours to get an appointment at the centre. Kindly don't choose this centre

I visited the establishment at 1:30 PM, having been informed that tokens would be issued at 2 PM. Regrettably, right at the moment tokens were to be distributed, the staff unexpectedly left for reasons not communicated to us, leaving many of us in limbo. Despite the considerable wait, there seemed to be little regard for our time or the urgency of our needs, as we were left without any updates or responses. It was nearly an hour before I could gain entry. This was, unfortunately, one of the more frustrating service experiences I've encountered. For those requiring prompt service or who have limited time, this may not be the ideal center to visit.

This forgery center charged me an amount in cash for a service that is supposed to be free. I approached them to update my 5-year-old son's biometric details, and they charged me Rs. 100 for that as well. They refused to accept UPI or card transactions, likely because such transactions can be used as evidence. The employees' behavior was very arrogant.

I visited this place for aadhar update activity at that time there was no crowd. At the gate security enquired the purpose of the visit and provided me with a token. Staff completed their process very quickly and provided acknowledgement receipt. So overall it's a smooth process.

Very good centre. Speed with efficiency of the staff. Really appreciable. God bless them
