They provide Very Good service to public. It is inside the musarambagh metro station 1st floor. If someone don't know to fill the form,staff will help them to fill. You can't change the name and address at one time. Either name or either address. But can update number, email,biometric,photo along with any one of them. Very good service and supportive staff. I think 2-3 will be lunch timing of staff. If you visit at that time you have to wait for them.

It is one of the best places to update/modify your AADHAR card details. I visited on 10/01/2025. I thought it is great to share details of procedure to follow here , soo in near future it may helpful to you. Important things: 1) Always carry your ORIGINAL AADHAR card and ORIGINAL SUPPORTED DOCUMENTS which are need to modify/ update your details. 2) Carry a BLUE PEN to fill up the application form. STEP:1 Get the application form the employees, they will help you to fill up the form and tell you what type documents needed for your modification/updation of aadhar card. STEP:2 After filling the form, at the entrance office (help desk) you have to take the TOKEN (you can see token sample in pictures I uploaded). If you booked the slot in online, you have to start the process from here onwards. STEP:3 After some time your token number is allocated to VERIFIER. STEP:4 After verification your token number is allocated to CASHIER to pay fees for your service. STEP:5 Now final step after some time ( time depends on crowd present in office) your token number is allocated to Computer Cabin Number (C01, C02, C03, etc..,) to complete your AADHAR service request. Be Kind to Staff members working here because the whole day they are hearing many people grievances related to AADHAR especially the STEP:1 Process working employees. There are around 14 cabins available for help updating or enrolling for new aadhaar services but the staff is worst. They're not able to manage the crowd. We have to get down from metro station and walk somewhere else to get the form which needed to fill for. Very rude staff and they're very young like inter collage students who don't know how to handle the people here and how to help politely. Not sure if they went through training before start working here.

Couldn't find an option below 1star to rate. Not specific to this center, but there is something structurally wrong in govt organisations of India. Had an online appointment for 2.40 pm & just to get a token is already taking close to an hour with all representatives leaving to lunch at same time. Can Government entities ever give value to time of individuals ?

Any contact customer care Number ?? Is it open all 7days in a week?? These are not clear .. At Maithrivanam ameerpet they said limited tokens are there and redirected to go to this aadhar centre as there is no token system
