India Post

This post office is located inside the university beside the overseas bank. The process was smooth and seamless. I was able to speed post my parcel in a few minutes. The staff members were quick and polite. There was ample parking space for cars and two wheelers outside the university main entrance. The place was not crowded.

This post office is just adjacent to Main entrance of Urdu University in telecom nagar,Gachibowli. Staffs are swift in action. I had Opened a NSC account for five years locking period and withdrawn the amount after opening a savings account in this post office in 2 hrs timeframe. You need Aadhar and PAN Plus 500 deposit.

They don't even call nor deliver the parcel. they just keep the parcel in their office. my parcel has been lying there for days. they don't even call you and ask you to take the parcel by yourself.

Excellent service by postal staff. They work hard and still extend courtesy to public.

Worst experience with this post office. They don't even care to deliver the parcel sincerely.

Staff loaded with tons of work, we can't really complain about their working style, I feel they are doing their best compared to other government employees. Instead of waiting for post man to deliver your post better visit post office before 12 pm to collect your post/parcel yourself. Post office present inside University, easy to locate. Parking available.

One of the post offices where the staff are not at all interested to run the business and encourage people to use India post. They dont even accept 1.5 kg parcel. The staff is not ready to accept the parcel and tell false reasons to deny. The lady sitting in the couter is so pathetic.. India post sucks!!
