Worst behavior, they charge and more and zero responsibility. 1. They dont even bare a minute to answer the call. 2. The lady acts busier than anyone and the bill collector may be owner he is like super goon. 3. I've given for certificate three months back and they dint even respond on call, even after saying that i am calling from outstation.

Went for name change in pan card on 13/12/2023, they charged 350rs. After 48 days of waiting they said that your application is rejected due to documentation issue, generally if we apply directly in online by uploading the documents it will take hardly one day to confirm that the application rejected. And also the amount of 107 will be refunded in 1 day. I already applied 3 times in online and then I went to this Mee seva office. When I asked for refund which I have paid 350rs, now they are saying that amount is not refundable, what a fraud it is, they wasted my time and also money. In their version for uploading the documents in online they are charging 350rs wheather it is successful or rejected. And they wasted my 48 days to tell that my application rejected that too after visiting 2 times there. what I did wrong is not reading the reviews for this center before going there, now I realised after reading the reviews here. Anyway thank God i realised otherwise I am planning to apply for our passports here. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY BY VISITING THIS CENTER.

Took 500 for death certificate online application. But municipality doesn't approve the online application and it was a waste. You have to go to your municipality ward, get the forms at the office and then get all the information and then apply online thru meeseva. These people didn't know or didn't tell.

Fraud: A Rs 20 stamp paper for a rent agreement would cost you Rs300.(with or without Notary) Solution: Buy a stamp paper for the specified amount (in my case for Rs 20) and get your content printed on the stamp paper from a local xerox shop,total cost Rs80 (subject to number of pages/bond paper)

They overcharge for every service. Just to take ration card printout on A4 size paper (without photos) they charges 50Rs. This can be done in any internet shop just for 10Rs.

Never visit this centre They are looting 100Rs per each service Rude behaviour of the employee

warest service , they are charging extra amounts for documents, even EC print also

They overcharge you don't go.
