Worst Service Team need some well educated who can understand customer issues. However airtel loots more money than other providers like JIO and provides less service atleast they can invest in getting good staff. Coming to Network Least coverage everywere and no coverage indoor even in store cant comment any more No VIP Service or No Quick Response to Black Customers these words are just on airtel app which doesnt even work properly all the time

I was there for a sim card replacement, which wasn't a pleasant experience as I was told to go visit another store and pay in cash for the sim card. However, as a postpaid customer, i need not pay for the sim card replacement, and I was made to roam around before getting the new sim card.

Staff working here are worthless, have no communication between them, even though I paid the sim amount for sim swap they are asking wether I got refund of the amount as they don't see transaction where as the amount I paid was in cash as per the staff request. It's been 1 week now and sim is not yet activated. Airtel are you really providing the service to the amount you charge??? In this case it is better to go with bsnl

You are screwed airtel. Port your sim to @reliancejio asap. This Airtel sim will stop working suddenly and you can't even call some one when in emergency.

I went to this store to convert my physical sim into eSIM and they fixed it immediately

The service at the Chandannagar store was extremely disappointing. Yesterday, I visited the store to switch from an eSIM to a physical SIM. However, the executive mistakenly converted it to an eSIM again, and then repeated the same mistake. After I pointed it out, She was told that I'd have to wait another 4 hours for the process to convert back to a physical SIM. They didn't listen to my request first , and even after making mistakes, the staff acted as if it was a routine and simple issue that the customer must simply deal with. .They showed a lack of basic knowledge and responsibility. Now, my Airtel network is completely down, and I am unable to carry out my daily tasks. Airtel's support management needs to address this lack of training among store executives. She didn't informed me about the interruption in service, as per your staff behaviour seems your Airtel. Team is thinking customer don't have option other than Airtel and they can wait and come number of times if they want event your team done the mistakes , this is like irresponsible behaviour ,I've been a loyal Airtel customer for the past 15 years, yet this experience makes me consider switching to another network. Management, please address this issue.

Pathetic service that i ever had. Need some skilled and educated executives. No proper communication to customers.

The store is on a main road which is a fully crowded area. Staff with good behaviour and good customer support.
