Only one of the workers here knows what documents are required for the services they offer. Even that person is unsure of all the services. And everything has a "service fee" that they prefer is paid in cash, without a receipt, of course. Only good thing is that it is conveniently located.

They have stopped providing many of the services, for eg. I went on 12th Jan 2019 for getting print out of Voter ID, but it was not available with them! Though earlier like 2 years before, they were providing full services. Better you call them through phone, before reaching there to know the services availability.

I find this place even though crowded but they cater to all their customers satisfactorily. Did not have to spend much time to complete the work for which I had been there. Good service I can say.

I am not sure if they are ignorant or scared of doing things that they are supposed to .. like first time i went for printing an approved certificate from mee seva .. they said they couldnt connect to CDMA server/site blah blah .. got to know later that for printing that, one doesnt need to go to CDMA at all .. its available for them on main meeseva site .. second they said they will do the affidavit for a particular aspect after providing details over the phone but when i reached they simply denied without even properly understanding the ask .. basically a going here is simple time waste ..

Not even a star, lady in the office is disrespectful to the customers , we don't want you to work for free we are paying with real Indian currency.

They are charging more money from people, they took 200 rupees to apply TS TET. I think we have to apply , Job in this meeseva center. we will get atleast 5000 per day salary.

This is the worst place ever. I went there with my wife who is 8 months pregnant. They made us wait 1 hour just to collect our forms. After the process started they processed other people even though we came earlier. They asked us to wait outside and after 20 more minutes, they added 3 more people in front of us stating they booked a slot. They should have told me when I went there on Friday to inquire. Inside the shop its very hot and lots of mosquitoes. I came out without applying for my Adhara card as my wife was unable to wait anymore.
