The owner named Nafees has promised to provide me Caste Certificate within a week, and it has been more than 3 years now. Rs. 500 that he charged from me are still lying with him. Every time I go to him, he has a new and a very convincing excuse to make.

They charge high prices and the behaviour of the owner is pathetic. When the customer pays money he is very sweet but after that he gets very rude and forgets his responsibility. I'll never recommend his shop. There are many other Jan seva Kendra in jamalpur, I'll recommend those but not this.
Very bad behaviour to deal with customers. It is better to go to Post office or any other places for any type of correction details in Aadhaar Card. For Photo update: 350rs For Name Correction :300rs
In my case they took a lot of time in getting the birth certificate of my daughter processed. By the time I got the certificate the admission process was over.
They charge much more than the usual price
