Aadhaar Seva Kendra Gr Noida West

The ASK centre is located in Ground Floor of Galaxy Blue Sapphire Plaza. They are open from 8:30am till 5:20 pm and also there is a break of 30 minutes. Due to APAAR id request by all the shools all over India, there is a huge rush and long lines at this centre these days. Be sure that you will have to spare at least 3-4 hrs standing in queue as online slots are not available on immediate basis. Posting this info on the basis of my experience on Saturday 15th Feb 2025. I was in queue from 12:20 pm to 16:20 pm. Standing with kid obviously. When I reached token counter, I was aksed to get a colour print out of birth certificate even after showing in mobile to avoid rejection. For kids new enrollment do carry an original hard copy with stamp or a COLOUR print out of the pdf. Print out shop is just infront of this centre.

This is located on the lower ground floor of Blue Sapphire Mall. I had high hopes prior to visiting this Aadhaar Seva Kendra in Greater Noida West, but my hopes were dashed soon after I arrived. I visited to get my parents' Aadhaar address changed on a Monday afternoon(we were facing some issues when trying to do so online because of the glitches on their weird website, which is another topic for another day). If someone books an appointment online, common sense dictates that you won't make them wait. But as is common with the government offices in India(and this is no different), we had to wait in a queue(different from the other general queue which is for people without appointment) for a good 30 minutes for our turn to arrive. The waiting area was quite haphazardly organised to remind you that you were at a government office. When our turn arrived, they said we needed hard copies of our appointments. In this day and age when technology has advanced so much, saying "link nahi hai(link isn't there)/scanner not working today" doesn't cut it. After waiting for 30 mins, I had to go get hard copies of the appointment and then wait for 15-20 mins again in the queue. They give you a "verified" version of the document with your ticket number on it. Based on this "verified" document and the ticket number, they let you inside. Once inside, it took around 45-50 mins for our turn to arrive. There were around 5-10 staff members working inside. For address change, they took photos and we were done in around 10-15 minutes. The exit door is toward the back and opens into the parking basement, which was somewhat strange. Once you exit, you need to take a left and take the ramp to go to the upper level. The staff was trying their best, but the overall experience here was subpar.

Very poor management, lot of rush, even if you are going with online appointment then also you to take token number and for token number there were a line. All Serving counter were not working only 5 out of 8 were working, so there were a more waiting time. For me it took around 3 Hrs even I were having online appointment. Between 1: 00 pm to 1:40 is lunch time.

Very streamlined process, 2 different queues - one for offline and one for online. The only off part was there's no point of taking the slot suitable for your schedule as despite your chosen slot you'll need to stand in the queue for online appointments. Went on a weekday, around 1130am - took 20 minutes to get inside, thereafter processing went really smooth within 20 mins everything was done. Went again on a weekday, around 3pm - took 40 mins to get inside, thereafter processing went really smooth.

This ASK is in the Basement in Galaxy Blue Sapphire Plaza Plot no C3 Second 4 Greater Noida West near Gaur City Mall or Shahberi. Parking space is huge and free of cost at owner risk.Huge crowd is here but if u have appointment then no problem u have done ur work with appointment in 15 -20 min. If u r offline then u stay in queue of 50-60 person then take the form. Overall experience is good. There r 15 operations in this ask.

Backdoor entries by the Officer sitting in the Cabin while ignoring senior citizens. Not even a single Fan for Children, young or senior citizens made to stand in the queue to obtain a Token. Possible nexus of Touts can't be ruled out with their Shops around. Why should an Executive meant to issue a token number on the appointment letter check supporting documents when these are meant to be checked again by the concerned executive handling biometric desk ?

A poor experience. Typical of any Sarkari establishment.Despite a booking we had to wait. The place is chaotic, starting from window number 3 where the man at the counter was allowing others to cut lines because they were ' Staff". Why can they not have token displays that work so that we dont have to wait for your number to be called out? Chairs were either damaged or had holes in the sponge seats. The experience was like a railway station with no one making an attempt to control or manage things The mall is terrible, parking in basements unsafe. Unfortunately, we have no choice but to got to poorly managed centers like these.
