Aadhaar Seva kendra Gorakhpur(ASK)

I recently visited an Aadhaar center in Gorakhpur to update my name and address. Despite having all the required documents, the process turned out to be unnecessarily complicated. The staff insisted that I complete the name and address corrections separately, which seemed like a tactic to charge the update fee twice. Additionally, the center was overcrowded, making the entire experience even more frustrating. Long queues, lack of proper management, and inefficiency of the staff further added to the inconvenience. It was evident that the operators were either untrained or deliberately making the process difficult for applicants. Such experiences highlight the urgent need for better oversight at Aadhaar centers. People should not have to struggle for basic identity updates. I strongly urge UIDAI to take strict action against centers that create unnecessary hurdles for citizens.

All staffs are arrogant , they have no manner how to talk with clients and how to manage crowd. And they have zero knowledge about client issue. Mannerless staff I don't know how they assigned this type of people who have no knowledge. And agar aap itna crowd manage ni kar paty ho to ek schedule baniya or system sa kariya kam lakin sabsy respectfully bat kariya or kuch knowledgeable staff rakhiya it's a humble request .

The service is extremely poor. Middlemen (dalals) are stationed outside the office to facilitate bribery, and the staff deliberately delay work to encourage bribes through these intermediaries.

They all are lazy naansense person they just give excuse to escape their task after every 5 mins they keep on taking break for hours Their speed is too low

Situated near betihata chowk.. Very crowded but work gets done easily.. staffs are good.. co-operative And helpful. You can visit for any problem related to your Aadhar Card details !

They are so polite to customers and it was good experience to visit here also they give fast service

They have very different behaviour which common people can adjust in few hours. Overall good experience
