Aadhaar Center Gomti Nagar Lucknow

I visited there on 30th Dec 2024, it has been shifted to 3/194 Vishal Khand. When i visited there then the stff behaviour was not appropriate but somehow i made my things work.

His behavior is not good. He scolds people and talks rudely.

Pathetic and rude staff! They are not willing to do any work, for a mere change of address in the Aadhar Card they are saying that "we will do it tomorrow not today", we told him that it is urgent for us still he said "come tomorrow I'm not gonna do it today." This place should be de-listed for Aadhar updating, they are behaving as of they are king or something. They are harassing the common people.

Quite a good experiance, went there to get the telephone number updated. The entire process took barely 10 minutes

Works okay. Carry original or good quality printout of birth certificate, one photo, fill the form, sign, biometrics. Take receipt. Received card at home. No charges for new enrollment as of now. Modification has charges I think. Kids friendly.

Both Employee's (A Lady & Guy) who is there for Aadhar Enrollment & updation are very rude in their profession. Even a simple updation requirs praising him a lot. They are public servant but treating themselves like almighty.

Pathetic staff behav like they are the only who work in whole century. Specially the lady who treat like she only having a voice to speak. Whatever she say all thinks are right. 1 start only for senior staff who help me to get the my done.

Place is located on very narrow road but services are good
