Proper arrangements are not provided in BSNL Aadhr centre & Rs. 50.00 was taken for KYC updation and no receipt was given by the concerned official.it should be checked and made arrangements to give proper receipt pl.

Recently just before holi, two days before my Bsnl sim card stopped working,i rushed to cant bsnl office and for the first time in history work done smoothly i got new sim card in 30 mins after all the formalities.sim started after 2 hours and message service started after 24 hours .....but this is the first time ever all problems solved smoothly without any unnecessary paper work and unrelated questions..

Very slow service

The behaviour of employees towards their customer is not very good. Experience was very bad there. I would also like to complain about an employee Mr Rahul for not helping the customer with their problems and appropriate behaviour of him.

I went there for new sim card as my old card was not working. And the person in charge who took my complaint was so calm and helpful in nature. And it took merely few hours and my problem was sorted. Just the place need to be a bit tidy... Overall good
