Aadhar Card Center, IT Park Sahartadhara Road

Now Aadhar cannot be updated from private shops, on top of this, due to covid, no work is being done at any Aadhar card center without online appointment. To get the mobile number updated in the Aadhar card, when I went to the Aadhar center at IIT Park, Dehradun, I had to return disappointed. Here work is done only by taking online appointment, the problem is that as a consumer, how do I know that work is done only after online appointment. Well my departure was in sad. From above this center is also not updated online, whenever you go for online appointment, this center does not show in the list. Did it online so that there was no crowd and so there was really not a single person here. What kind of digital India is this where people are sitting empty that first you take an online appointment. Note: don't go there without taking online appointment.

Online offline both applications are entertained. If there are more online appointments then non appointment ones have to wait. The day I visited, they were short on staff and people were waiting for quiet some time. It was not quick and easy, the process seemed cumbersome. However the attendant was helpful in helping out the applicants.

Good experience but one thing i want to share that please take prior appointment before visiting the place.. Otherwise they won't entertain you..

I visited here last week for my aadhar correction work , the workers here are cooperative , big seating capacity with water cooler available. Thank you!

Situated inside IT Park at a very easily accessible place within the complex of ITDA, this centre is the mainstay for Aadhaar related services in the entire area. Mr. Umesh Kumar, the person in charge is very helpful, polite and humble, although he charges a bit extra for his services as against the official fees of Rs. 25. One needs to bring in ORIGINAL documents for any updates in Aadhaar card which then gets scanned and uploaded online there itself at the centre. Nominally it should take about half an hour, but be prepared to wait more!

The concerned person responsible there are not at all bothered to take up the assignment for which people are standing in que for long.

This is a small room but their work is very important .This is a government part and do free aadhar correction . In a day there is only top 20 person can elibilbe for their aadhar correction
