Aadhaar Seva Kendra, HDFC Bank

Went to enroll mobile number to AADHAAR card. Queue was very ill maintained. While some of us were waiting for 2-3 hours, someone coming 15 minutes back was being serviced first. Even later some customers were being recommended by other staffs to bypass queue. While checked online it showed that "enrollment was rejected due to process/data error" which clearly shows staff negligence. If I get a portal to complain against AADHAAR SEVA CENTRE conducted by this HDFC bank, I'll certainly do that.

NO AADHAAR WORK IS DONE HERE. Today (27/06/2024) I was told so when I visited the Branch for updation of my AADHAAR address.

I hold multiple accounts in this branch. From the very first day the executives working within are kind, cooperative and helpful. Hopefully every visitors can except the same. Looking forward to get the same service further.

Good facilities for Aadhar Seva Kendra, good banking facilities and few good staff with great work etiquettes. But very congested, busy and few staff are there who don't give proper solutions. Very often closed for some or the other reason.

Nice behaviour by all customer care executives and the management also. It will be a great place for all banking purpose if they install the CDM facility like before.

Went for Adhar updation but they were saying already token distributed at 0930 am.come on next day .staff behaviour is very rude...if I got chance I will complain the people who update the Aadhar card. Place is very limited and u have to wait out side of the bank 2_3 hours ... pathetic service...

Good service for aadhar update..but bank space is small ...by the way Bank is very clean and hygiene and staff behaviour is good
