Postmaster is a very useless person, completely illiterate, there is no need to speak anything, it is because of such employees that Indian Post gets a bad name.
The PO could not process a registered post as its computer system was out of order. A public service department situated at the 2nd floor without serviceable lift makes it difficult for physically challenged to visit and avail its services.
Old p.o.bankra has change its photo face now newly constructed building, place not changed but fst .floor change instead of 2nd floor. A traditional p.o.yet not build up CBS system .

Very lazy not serviceable. Printer scanner every equipment out of service.. And they never deliver anything...
