Very Transparent Service, Staff are very supportive and helping, I never see this type of Helping staff in Kalimpong, Overall very Good Service by team Next Route Kalimpong.

Online timing is showing 9a.m.but really this is disappointing and disgusting. Public came from far ,managing the timing.when they reach the office.They have to wait 1 hour.public waste their 1 hour.1hour is really valuable for them.
