Kanchrapara Post Office

It is situated back side of Kanchrapara Municipality. Good service but very much crowd.

The postmen need some serious attitude management. Not only they think very highly of themselves but will threaten you that they will send back the post if you don't come pick it up immediately. I was sick one day and my address was wrong, so I told the postman the right address but he didn't listen. I told him to keep it at the office and I'll come pick it up next day and threatened to send it back. I went to the post office shortly only to know he left and had the audacity to tell me to wait 3 hours. Ultimately, I picked it up next day and he probably got away harassing me. His last name is Mistry. I hope the post office takes this matter seriously.

Need to increase the staffing people. Service is bit slow due to workload on a single staff which reduce the customer handling quality. Improved need in response time. Overall all services are available.

I had called at Kanchrapara post office for my product status update.. The excutive said he don't know the status and he can't help me nor he is having any idea about my order.. I asked him for what purpose he is sitting there he rudely answered for chit chatting with customer like you.. this is how they behave after having a government job.. they don't haven't any idea that we are tge tax payer and they are getting thr salaries from our tax amount LOL

A very special thanks to the POST MASTER & his staff in helping us to locate our friends with whom we had lost contact for nearly 25 years. HATS' OFF to them.

Wrost service. The Percel man didn't accept percel after 2pm in working days and his behavior was quite rude.
