Nabagram Post Office

Very Bad experience, not having minimun knowledge and paralal uncivilized attitude in parcel collection section. Kindly look into this.

I had a bad experience today. I visited barabahera PO to send a speed post. The deputed staff there is generally very helpful. I visit regularly but due to financial year start she informed her inablity to take the request. She asked me to visit nearby nabagram PO. The lady there was pre occupied therefore I decided to wait for 15 mins so that she can complete her work. However she continued her work one after another. I was already scorched by the sun and had to report to office. I politly asked her will it take time? She told you will have to wait longer. If you can't wait you can come later. I was unhappy with her attitude as she didn't show any empathy. I again visited barabahera PO I am thankful to the lady there she tried to help me and ultimately my post was registered.

This place is good and recently they are providing the adhaar update and rectification services. Only 6 people can do their biometric update of adhaar card in a day in this place and any number of people can do mobile number update in this place. They use to do their work keeping in mind about the COVID restrictions. The place is clean and the staffs working here are very helpful and their behaviour towards the people is also good.

The post office is good. Post masters are good. Others services means the banking services are not so good as like other post offices. But the location is bad.

The post office's staff are so good in manners...Here many official works are done....but it's too much crowded

It's a sub post office. Well located, very crowdy. Staffs are very good and cooperative in nature.

Huge responsibility is always over this post office.. Very important place of Nabagram..

Do not expect supper expert stuff or high end systems. Just gets the job done and takes some time.
