Pathetic experience. Don't go for updation. They make excuses like if you are doing from here then it may take long time and all instead they will provide some agent mobile numbers who will charge you double fee for the same. Waste of time.

Very nice service. The staff of Aadhaar service center is very polite, humble, sweet. Here new Aadhaar card, also biometric update and name, address, mobile number, email update can be done. It does not cost any money to get a new Aadhaar card. There is a very good communication system to reach this Aadhaar service center. Just a two minute walk from Purulia bus stand to Aadhaar service center. Five minutes by auto or Toto from Purulia railway station.

There's a long line and no shed available prefer to visit after 4:00pm or on Saturday

"Bad Service" The employees here don't have the manners to talk with ladies.

I went to update my child's biometric, but his two fingers were not taken in biometric, then I asked madam why not, madam said the machine does not take more than four times. I said no, why didn't you try four times properly, like that, after doing it four times, it didn't work. Very bad Experience

Its a central government office......all the work related to aadhar is done here...you can enroll your for your new aadhar....you can register your mobile number, change your address, name, gender from here.....you can also update your biomatric data such as fingerprint......many of the peoples face fingerprint issues......they can come here and fill a form for update of biomatric data......if you want to change your address, register your mobile etc... plz visit here in early morning and then fill the form......you have to visit again in the afternoon or evening for the update.........the correction of aadhar starts from 6:00 p.m and continued till 9:00 p.m......
