They simply charge extra amount without any reason. Totally fraud. A simple mobile number updation costed me 220Rs which can be easily done in 50Rs. Please do not visit this centre. Also if you ask them queries they will not entertain any questions.

Fraud. They charge extra by providing unnecessary extra forms etc. they don't provide mobile number update kind of service without new card application. SBI, Goruhata does.
Irresponsible! Bad employees, especially the one with a yellow mark under the eye lid. Terrible experience! Note: You have to climb stairs.
