Passport Seva Kendra in post office is located near to the bus stand, which is walkable distance from the bus stand. Only 2 staff here, they are friendly. Go early to complete your verification fast. Please carry all the documents correctly.

DO NOT APPLY here if you need the passport urgent. POPSK process is completely different and its better to apply directly in PSK for easy and fast process. If you are not in hurry, then its a decent center for verification and biometrics, executives are friendly and approachable.

This is the worst passport office I have ever been to. The officer inside has no respect for customers and disrespecting customers and asking unnecessary documents. Go to vishakapatnam or other regional centers. I have seen him disrespecting customers he doesn't even have the time to listen to their problems . Another worthless officer who brings his personal problems to office

Applied 31 days ago from here, still didn't get the passport, now PSK is saying still it will take 30 more days. Worst process.

Passport seva Kendra was located inside the post office building. Superbly organized and quick service

So much delay ...its been more than a month since i applied...if you want get your passport as soon as possible don't apply here....

It's been 3 months till now we didn't receive passport
