Very worst experience both staff or manager no knowledge

To UIDAI Regional Office, Bangla Sahib Road, Behind Kali Mandir, Gole Market, New Delhi - 110001 Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to bring to your urgent attention the appalling and unprofessional behavior exhibited by the staff at the Aadhaar Service Centre in Kakinada, particularly the individual stationed at counter E4. During my recent visit on 27/07/2024, I have experienced severe and unwarranted criticism from the staff member at counter E4 regarding the way I wrote on paper. This criticism was not only uncalled for but was delivered in a highly disrespectful and inhumane manner. Such behavior is unacceptable and contradicts the very essence of public service. The treatment I received left me feeling humiliated and deeply dissatisfied with the service. It is disheartening to see that public servants, who are expected to assist and facilitate citizens' needs with respect and professionalism, are instead indulging in such derogatory conduct. Furthermore, the security personnel stationed at the centre exhibited arrogant and uncooperative behavior. Their misbehavior towards customers further tarnishes the image of the Aadhaar Service Centre and erodes public trust in the services provided. I urge the governing authorities of Kakinada to take immediate and stringent action against the staff at the Aadhaar Service Centre. This includes addressing the misconduct of the individual at counter E4 and the security personnel. It is crucial to provide the necessary training and orientation to all staff members to ensure they understand the importance of treating every citizen with respect and dignity. Public service centers like the Aadhaar Service Centre are meant to serve the community. The current behavior of the staff does not align with this purpose and needs rectification. I request that you take swift action to investigate this matter and implement measures to prevent such incidents in the future. Thank you for your immediate attention to this serious issue. I look forward to your prompt action and positive changes in the service standards at the Aadhaar Service Centre in Kakinada.

Worst staff except the manager..Everyone here behaves like lords.. no respect towards customers.. everyone gets irritated for no reason. No patience to explain. I saw one of the staff members who sits in the biometric section shouted on college girl for being slow.

The centre always gets highest ratings as the same are awarded by the staff at the counters on our behalf without bothering to ask us. There is no guarantee that your turn will come in the order of tokens. It so happens that a token far ahead of you may be called while you are still waiting to be called.

Adequate counters were there than the employees. Nearly 15 cabinets were available out of two - three were working for aadhar update. For a thumb update it took around 1.30 hr, glad that it was completed.

My updates done was generated successfully and fastly Manager are talkative and helpful to the residents
