The team of young people at this centre were absolutely professional and efficient. We had no trouble getting all the business sorted at the earliest. The centre manager Mr Harikrishna was very efficient and professional. I noticed the whole team dealing with the unending stream of people needing their services with patience and enthusiasm under his leadership.They were all very polite throughout. We had a complicated case and it was dealt with a great deal of efficiency and knowledge, they knew what they were doing, which was impressive. Incidentally, my father also had a medical scare while at the centre, l can't thank the staff enough, especially Mr Harikrishna and the operation managers rushing in to help immediately and there were ambulances at hand within minutes to attend the emergency. All l had to do was ask. I am very grateful for the timely assistance lent by the staff of this centre. The experience was so positive that it has left a great sense of gratitude in my heart for them all. All the best for the whole team .

Can someone guide , if we can update Date of Birth under exceptional procedure services , DOB update wrong twice , we lost the options to update under general category , Appreciate if someone can answer this

KARVY III Keep Growing is the one the Public Service Centre in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. In the public service center Total work doing about Aadhar card ans Pan Card like New or Update. First floor is service for Aadhar Card and Second floor is for Pan Card. All services are Good and fast, previous staff not respond as People's works but present all staff members are respond quickly. Working Hours of Office is 9.30 AM to 5.30PM , 1Hour Lunch break 1.30 to 2.30Pm, Sunday pubilc Holiday. Wheelchair-Accessibility at Entrance . Wheelchair-Accessible Parking . Wheelchair-Accessible Sitting Have Ordinary chairs. Wheelchair-Accessible Entrance for First and Second floor through Elevator .

Most of the employees at this location treat customers as slaves. Only a couple of employees are rational and helpful. They behave rudely with the petty customers.They do not maintain a proper complaint register as well. It is not an Aadhaar SEVA Kendra. It is just an Aadhaar PUNISHMENT Kendra.

Nice service assisted by staff.Better to take prior online appointment.
