Change the name to Punjab National Bank. The service of this bank is horrible. They don't have any Cash Deposit Machines or Passbook printing machines. Even though they are the second largest bank after SBI, the branch looks like a beggar branch. The mobile banking app is horrible. I had also given an application for a debit card but have not received it even after two months. If someone wants to open a savings account, don't visit this bank. Instead, you should go to SBI. If you want superior mobile banking services, open an account with Bank of Baroda.

ALL CUSTOMERS BEWARE . There is a FRAUD in my name in Duliajan branch of United Bank. I hv written to the chief vigilance officer, and all the senior officers. But no one seens to be bothered.No reply so far from anyone from last 4-5months. Interestingly Under RTI I asked for some informations from the bank. At first bank refused but later they gave. After that The chief Manager Duliajan Branch(as told, name- A .GOGOI) asked me to give it in writing that I got all the informations whatever I have asked for and that the matter is closed. I have very little knowledge about law , even then I know that one doesnt need to give aanything in written against RTI. WHY DID HE ASK? Is ihe trying to protect someone or something else?????? I have filed a police case lets see what happens????????????

One can expect better service in comparison with other PSU bank.
