Aadhaar Enrollment Agency (SBI New Silchar)

The girl who previously worked here was so much better. This new one did something because of which I can't trust her again. Very bad experience.

Words fall short to describe this pathetic branch where enrollment is done. Most of the employees are worst of the lot. The incident is of 28th February, 2018. They didn't accept my downloaded form of Aadhar and therefore had to stand in queue for 1 hour in the ground floor to get a form with the stamp of the bank. After that had to again stand in queue in third floor for document verification for about 1.5 hours. Then they gave a separate date for enrollment which was about after 4 months. In short, a customer has to face misery to get his work done in this branch say for Aadhar enrollment or for withdrawing money or for opening a new account. The main branch in Park Road is much much better than this branch with very helpful employees and manager.
