India Post Divisional Office Saran

Have booked a postal article # EL632221044IN (speed post) from Kochi, Kerala to Koirpatti, Bihar on 28/12/2023, but neither any updates nor deliver the article to the concerned till 13/01/24 even though we have made a written complaint to the postal Superintendent in Kochi on 12/01/24. Its causing us a huge loss as the parcel contains valid international travel documents with expiry on 15/01/2024. Further majority of the staffs are not cooperative with never operative telephone/mobile connections.

Pls update ur valid number to contact u......and update Indian post online also atleast ur customer care department should provide ur number...they only said hamre pass nahi hai what rubbish

It's the head post office of chhapra district where all the parcels are registered or speed post are done. Here,you can also open a savings account in the post office and many more. Well, the service of the employee isn't so good. Their behavior towards the consumer is very bad. They don't work on time as well. Government authorities should take care over these issues.. Thank you.

Made me run from pillar to post to get my work done(of money transfer/withdrawal).Only after complaining regarding the evasiveness of employees here to the Public grievance officer(Bihar Circle)at Patna and his personal intervention,the officials at this PO did my work at lightning speed.(Even after this complaint one of the employees intimidated me saying that he will ensure my work will not be done.Shameful conduct.May God mk him a better person with good ideals) Hope the employees become more customer friendly in near future and do their duties honestly and sincerely.

India's biggest failure government office no any single staff will helf you, whenever you called on landline number,they never picked up your call, and after visit at the office its like a big dustbin and they demand always for money for your every work, I'm going to complaint about it in head office of india,and going to write a letter to the Prime ministry office of india

Why they have given contact numbers ? Very pathetic service ? Never depend Indian post for delivering urgent documents.

90% staff are beggars at this place. They need money for every single work and they don't know how to communicate with the customer. Modi ji post office becho... Ghuskhor hai sb k sb yaha....

My parcel was reached In chapra on 18july,last three days continusaly check the status...but no any single update...still I not recived Mt pckg..my booking date was 14july from chennai post office..the most important thing was that,on same day I send so many courier In bihar.call pckg recived BT NY client timely.except chapra...
