Ideally I should have given 1 star but am giving 5 due to some reason. Read till last if you want less stress during passport documentation process. If you have registered online through passport website or mseva app then make sure that all documents are submitted properly, 1. Adhar 2. Pan 3. 10th marksheet so that less hassle during immigration to West else you will be treated illiterate as per Indian rule 4. Most important - Print the application form from the website. They don't consider sms or mail stating explicitly that online submission is enough. Point 1 to 4 documents should be also produced in original hardcopy format else they will return you. I saw few guys coming from mahua, desri etc who were returned due to above reasons. After documentation at popsk hajipur be ready for police verification. Alas, after 3d of verification you will get the passport. Popsk hajipur is having some offline process because they have to send it to Patna passport office which is HO. These process can be digitise and it's under process. Apart from that there is no AC available so go in Tees or linen shirt. Kachari road is having traffic so don't go inside on 4 wheeler. The very very worst service and support . Guys never apply from here. They don't know anything and even if they do then you will be in trouble to get your passport. Better they should close this center. For any queries they will say visit Patna branch then why they have opened better close. People are illiterate to do the process. I am one of them suffering to get my passport past 8 month.

Great service. Just apply for passport online and go there with all the required documents and everything is done within 10-15 mins.

Behaviour of staff is very nice and humble to me.
