If there was an option to rate it in negative I would have definitely done it, pathetic service, staffs behave as if they are the only one who works, made me applied thrice for an update which is still pending they themself are not aware about which document is to be used. Very high temperament of the stuffs, extremely poor behaviour , unfriendly attitude. Extremely disappointed.

Staff behaviour are nice and helpful need to improve waiting area very congested.

I have been worrying about Aadhaar card since last 4 years, I have applied for it but it is getting rejected again and again, I have been waiting for it for a long time or have not been able to fill in the exam form because the date of birth is wrong in cyber cafe. I request them to follow the process as to what they have done wrong but they are still getting rejected. I have also included the birth certificate in my supporting document. 10th marksheet is still pending please tell me what I am doing please help me I have told you this is for our safety but it is so long that I am worried even if I don't know please request me to correct my Aadhaar card. Life will be ruined, no one will tell the reason for rejection, if you go to Aadhar office, you should call and ask in 1947. When you call in 1947, you will talk. Please ask me aadhar office kindly request there is a lot of problem in making an aadhar card but all my documents are fine please understand my problem I hope you will understand or help me

Here we pay rs 50 for only mobile update and rs100 for mobile plus biometric update with include all your photo update your bio metric with address.

Management are to goods Work are done quickly staff is also freandly

The management is so disastrous, you need to think twice before entering the office , conditions so poor it's difficult to breath at few points. There are no lines and specially the staff was totally unable to handle the crowd . There is some serious problem with the slot issuing as the server from my end didn't show any slot of the particular timing but the registration service near the office was able to provide the slot of nearest duration.

Is this centre open at sai tower? Have visited twice but no update yet

I visited today but found permanently closed from here. Yesterday said, come tomorrow's but when visited but found closed. Poor services... fake promises and information
