Wrost service are there. My bus pass dispatched same day. Without check staff say everyday not received. 5th day while argue with him then he said i will check. Bus are there in box. Very unprofessional staff are there. Staff are just tym pass are there in place.

Worst service I didn't even want to give 1 star. Manner less staff. They don't know how to speak with people they always screaming at people. Worst

Sampark is opposite to civil hospital manimajra. Many facilities under same roof... Adhaar card enrollment/ correction ,house tax , electricity bill ,water bill,sewage bill ,buss pass etc. Free Parking available here,cold drinking water available. NOTE: now cash limit is 500 only. You have to pay bill more than 500 by online/cheque mode.

1. An illegal token system, which has no legal backing, is being pressed upon the citizens by the employees of this Sampark Centre. 2. The said employees have arbitrarily fixed a time for obtaining token between 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. If a citizen goes to the Sampark Kendra after that time, they tell him to come the next day as he has missed geting a token on that day. I saw a lot of people being turned away when I was there today from approx 11 am to 1 pm. 3. Also, the said tokens are given after tearing a number from a Sheet in counter no 1 of the said centre. No record is kept as to who is getting a token. Neither is there any display to tell which token number is being looked into by the operator for the time. 4. This contrived procedure has deliberately been made by the employees there just to shirk work, and to waste taxpayers' money. Therefore, citizens are urged to exercise their right to visit sampark centre at any time when it is open, and if there is a token system, to ask for a token (will get from counter no 1). Sampark Kendra employees cannot tell us to come between 8 am to 9 am to get a token. This practice is illegal, it has no legal backing. Take your stand, and fight for your rights.

Worst place ever to get a stamp paper. I feel completely harrassed....For 1 copy of a 10rs stamp paper i stood in a line of 8 people for 1.30 hours.. as there were people who wanted in bulk .. I mean why don't they have separate line for people of bulk stamp paper.
