Pathetic experience, no AC, No cleanliness, no system and management. Mr SK Mohanty the centre manager is also ignorant of the fact and problems. He is sitting in his AC office and when asked he said he can't say anything. We are proud of the Aadhar mechanism but the management should also maintain the centres as well.

AC is working now. They start at sharp 9:30 am, friendly and supportive staff. I appreciate, my process of DoB update was quick and hassle free. Thank you.

Choice centre guys have better knowledge about the process than these guys.

Arrangements are good and which really helps in less consumption of time. Located on the 3rd floor of Shyam Plaza complex near Pandri Bus stand, Raipur; it takes around 4.5 kms from the railway station to reach this place. Great, young team helps the populace in getting things done in a ziffy. Arrangements are made based on the pattern of passport offices. Signages should be further improved. Open from 9:30am to 6pm

First of all Center Manager Behaviour is very Bad. Baki ka bole hi kya. Pathetic experience.
