Wost service, all they deserve is negative rating. Everyoneis so rude from graud to the manager. I had appointment for today 26 april at 4.40pm after completing all the formalities. They told your appointment is showing and without my concent manager changed my appointment time to 30 april and told me tumne ki kiya hoga. Iike seriously i was standing in fornt of him he took my registration mobile number ,at that time i have received the reschedule message. He think i was fool. If you can't do public dealing don't choose such profession. We don't come there to waste our time and to handle your unnecessary attitudes.

Without an appointment it's around 1 hour task, with an online appointment it's a 15 min task. The behaviour of the executive was very rude but all over they did fast. Good facilities, multiple executives were there for one facility to handle rush easily. I'll recommend it.

Manager of this center is not eligible to solve the problem... They provide paper slip every time and said machin is not working.. Do not come to this center thy ask you to wait for 1 hrs even your reached on appointment time .... They don't care amd even has no respect about senior citizen to get work done.. Luch time is 1: 30 to 2 pm . No proper sevice and solution ... Pathetic management and worst staff training ... Anyone can shout on you if you raise any consern .... Trust me I have very bad experience and waist my 1 hr ..... I can rate even less than 1... If option is available.

Infrastructure and facility is unbelievable. Take an online appointment and go to the centre on time and take the token number from the outer counter. Based on the token number you will get your turn. Try to take an appointment in the morning.(8AM to 9:30 AM) You will get your service within 30 minutes.

Poor crowd management. Inspite of online appointments, everyone is made to stand in a queue outside the center disregarding the time slot. No one is announcing loudly which slot is going on and it seems to become first come first serve.

Fast and convenient, staff is also good. Procedure: 1. Book an online appointment from UIDAI / fill the form at the centre. 2. Take token from token counter. 3. Go inside on the counter no, given according to your token no. 4. Get it done.

Center staff is not good...they behaved very rudely.watchman is very rude he said only one member can go inside other member cannot go he said you are waiting outside nd i sit there he said to me that sit here and there not at that place and then I asked token counter they also refused but all members sit inside i told them that all members are sitting they didn't give any reply.....worst experience
