This place is well-organized and staff are very very helpful. Although my first visit was not good. After having an appointment and attested documents as per aadhaar format, my application was not accepted. But they asked me to get birth certificate of my child in new format from mcd. In the next visit, I carried the relevant document. My application was processed. The staff at the counters were very polite and helpful. The security lady was managing the rush well and guiding everyone to the relevant counters. In case you have old birth certificate, you can get the new one, from mcd website only. No need to visit anywhere.

Best place for you aadhar update i came all the way from rithala my nearest is inderlok but there is a lot of chaos even after appointment booking you need to come early to get your aadhar update done early no appointment time followed but at the dhaula kuan.... I booked a appointment and reschedule it but my appointment status showed pending still I go there and there is separate line for online appointment to get a token and I dont have a print of the appointment letter still they gave me the token without any issue and jsut enter and within 15 minutes from getting token to getting updated done really a worth for aadhar update PS Edit : on the very next day In the evening I got the aadhar updated through my message which say you can open your updated aadhar after 72 hours but it open instantly when I try to donwload my aadhar it instantly opened my updated aadhar. and within 6 days i got the pvc card after ordering online paying a 50 rs fee

We went daula kuan Ask for our infant , whereas it was completely free of cost as it was first' time enrollment, but the official (newly married girl) asked us to pay 30 rupees for authentication and did not give any receipt for paying 30 rs. and handed over adhar copy unnecessary although we did not ask her for printing adhar since we were already having our update adhar laminated copy with us, she taken the money in the unethical way, really unpleasant experience, I am sure , they do with hundreds of people for 30 rupees each daily, whomsoever visits for their child, and make a very huge money with the same trick. The girl was seating on counter number 1 (verifier window 1). Please be aware and do not pay any charges for child enrollment under 5 year. Please note, under 5 age enrollment and updation completely free. Really unprofessional staff...

I don't know about others but, I am sharing my own experience with you. It is right inside the entrance gate of Dhaula Kuan metro station. Look at the left side as you enter the station. You have to get token from the windows outside. After taking token you can enter the area where you can sit and wait for your turn. The token number is displayed on the screen along with the verification window. They also call your name, in case you miss and skip your number being flashed on the screen. There are washrooms and drinking water facilities in the waiting area. Now, coming back to my story. As my turn came and I went to the counter mentioned, the server went down of all six or seven counters. They had to do it manually, taking too much of our time. Then I was forwarded to the other counter for biometrics. When the biometrics were successfully uploaded, the system failed to print my receipt. And as the operator tried very hard to get it done, all my details got deleted. He had to do all of it again and finally I got my receipt. The staff doesn't get irritated and help us in every way. I appreciate all the hard work they do.

There is no value for online appointments. Inside the premises no token no is displayed. You have to ask the people for guidance. On line appointments clearly spell the documents to be carried. But they insist for a fresh print out of aadhar card @30/-. The system can be made better.

Well organized centre with competent and efficient staff. It took me only 30 minutes during a busy time to get my aadhar updated without an appointment. Process: - get a token outside - wait inside for your token to be called for verification (stay within visual range of the token display, you might miss your name being called) - describe your update service to the verification counter - pay at counter 7 - wait opposite counter 7 for your number to be called (look at the second display on the wall opposite counter 7) - get your update processed
