Extremely Disappointing Experience - Aadhaar Services Need Serious Improvement! I updated my Aadhaar DOB on 28th February 2025 with all necessary proof and completed the biometric process. However, despite waiting for six days, my request wasn't even taken for processing and kept showing as "delayed." I had to call Aadhaar support over 200 times, just to get my request moved to the validation stage. Even after explaining my urgent need for international travel-which, if delayed, would result in a Rs1.5 lakh loss due to passport renewal issues-there was no proper response from their side. I even contacted the regional office, where an official assured me that they would send an email for expedited processing. But despite this, there was no resolution. The online services are practically useless and do not work efficiently. It's frustrating that they charge money for services that should be seamless and free, yet they fail to provide even the basic support citizens require. The lack of accountability and inefficiency in handling urgent matters is unacceptable. Aadhaar services seriously need better responsiveness and professionalism!

Called and emailed multiple officials for aadhar help as a NRI from America and recieved ZERO help. 1 year pass and still no adhaar card. This is why india sucks.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please Help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am from Nepal and applied for an Aadhaar card on August 29, 2024. However, my verification failed without any stated reason. Last week, I visited the Aadhaar center in Noida after scheduling a new appointment. During my visit, I was informed that a software update was in progress, and currently, the software does not display the option to verify using a passport for international applicants. I was advised to return after some time once the update is complete. As the Noida center is quite far from my location, each visit costs me around 600 in travel expenses. Could you please confirm if the software has been updated to allow passport verification for international applicants? If the update is complete, I will schedule a new appointment and revisit the center. Thank you very much for your assistance.

Breaks the jinks of sarkari office. Well maintained office. High security at entry. Cordial security personnel. No entry without permission of anyone working herein. Green belt is also maintained. CISF guards the premises. Regular office hours.
