Most horrible, rude , manner less staff . Three ladies working there especially the one with curly wavy hair doesn't know how to talk to elderly people . Action needs to be taken on them as they feel they own the place. Finally I gave up and went to planning and statistics in porvorim. The staff there has smiling face unlike these people who are always ready to argue. My work was done within no time . Went there at 10.15 and by 10.30 my work was done .

Am back here again to update my phone number to my adhaar card and apparently if I do not have it is hard for me to use any government online services. There is a man outside the office illegally charging people 20 rupees to fill people forms as the adhaar services choose not to provide pens. There are elderly people standing for hours in the heat while there are only 5 chairs provided. There are no fans provided too. They charge you 50 rupees to just go on to their system and update your phone number which you yourself could do online. The Government through this system is robbing the common man and they have been treated like slaves. Tbh things need to change and make life easier for the common man in India. All these services are only provided to invade your privacy. Hoping who ever reads this make a change otherwise you'll should not be asking for this review as there is no hope for change. Jai Hind.

If you want to change your phone number on Aadhaar card or any other issue on it than this place is for you . My experience : staff behavior was respectful and they will explain you in the simplest manner. NOTE their timing is 10am but you have to come before 8am as it's always crowded . They won't except online payment (gpay) and also they will not give you change you have to carry cash like 100, 50 ,20with you . A lady will come with forms for you and will charge 20 and you have to tell her what's the problem on the documents after that you have to stay in the line as you were waiting before . You will get token after it and on the display outside your token num will come than you will be allowed inside . - Carry cash with you (100rs 50rs 20rs) bring change as they will not give you. - the person should be present there who's documents have to be changed for signing . Come before 8am and it's boring to wait till 10am but your patience will allow you to go inside soon after the staff arrives. Hope this will help and sorry for my bad English

The staff are lazy and show tomuch attitude.. I'm saying this because I wanted to update my aadhar name so the counter person said that bring name proof so I asked her can I bring my bank passbook so she agreed.. at time of update they started saying that the passbook will not work because it is not updated from 1 month ..... They had not said us about this and at last she releasing that she had forgotten to tell me that the passbook must be updated... Such a bad experience I had wait for 1 hour in line and at last they wasted my hole day

These people are asking for hard copy of gazette when the government of India stopped publishing hard copy of gazettes in 2015 and replaced them with e-gazettes. This centre is not accepting e-gazettes issued by the government of India. I will have do time travel to an original print of a gazette so unless humans discover a time machine I can't get the job done by this office. Super stupid!!!

I wouldn't even rate this place one star if there was an option to do so I had gone here to get my card updated, during the morning n The young girl at the glass counter just seemed so disinterested in helping me when I put forth my queries..n was using a rude voice while talking to me.. they gave me a token no. n asked me to return back at 3 in the afternoon. So I went forward to do my other work to pass the time But unfortunately I reached 15 mins late as there was an accident on that caused traffic jam On arrival the 2nd lady, middle-aged started to yell at me saying I have no sense of time..I told her why it happened yet she kept grumbling. She said that my number was called long time back n I'm too late n all.. But when she called in the next number, it turned out to be just 2 numbers after mine.. Even the girl inside who did the biometric thing was not at all friendly... After all the tokens were done they took me inside, last.. n then they purposely kept me waiting while they kept wasting time in talking n giggling with each other... But then another young boy came to get his work done...n all of a sudden all 3 women started talking softer n politely to him sharing smiles n all as if they had to pay taxes to behave like this with the other customers who they found unattractive. Seriously who hired these people... All they do is lie in their interviews of how great they can communicate with customers only to behave like this once they get their job

It's high time that this three females get transferred. They are very, very arrogant,even with senior citizens. They treat people worse than animals. I hope some senior officers are going through the reviews of this kendra .

We went to the Aadhaar kendra EDC Building,Worst service ever we to get some information the girl sitting at the counter was unprofessional and Rude and looked like she is working there force fully . I would not recommend to anyone going there.
