You have to know your way around, or you might be going round the block twice. Easy to get lost. The place is well maintained, and the washrooms are clean.

The architecture of the building is amazimg... they have a token system. These days the wait after taking a token is not much. After taking a token my turn came within 5mins.. there is a xerox shop, a notary just in the opposite building. Even though I think that they should keep a Xerox center within the building itself, it would be more convenient... There is a lot of parking space available for cars and bikes, so parking is not na issue here!

Awesome architecture and such wide airy rooms and corridors. Waiting areas are spacious. Over all a 5 star building. Has a canteen open to all in the basement.

I wish, there was negative marking for the same.. They don't deserve even the one star marking.. No consideration for even a senior citizen of 74 years who was ex government employee, waiting at the birth and death registration counter for 10 min for official who was busy talking to fellow colleagues and then to be told that we don't take the application post 4 when it was 15 minutes to 4 pm when senior citizen had arrived..when clearly the timings on the website says open till 5.45pm.. Being a madgaonkar myself, I'll say it is the ono of the worst government offices..or I'll say the only I have encountered in recent few months..

Adhaar Services is gone for a toss! Rude staff. They behave as if they're doing a big favour to us by addressing our queries. That lady staff expects me to wait for 2 weeks just for a mere appointment. Token system for aadhaar services which is totally disorganised. Waste of time and no assurance of your work being done.

Four stars for the architecture of the building. Massive complex. Looks stunning from the outside.

Staff is friendly but sometimes they will not guide u properly. One person will say one method other will tell that method is wrong. Again he will say other method. Building architecture is good with proper room nos. Easily anyone can find out the required department.
