Seriously you people need to step up your work ethics, it's understandable you have a govt job life is stress free but that doesn't mean you torture people make them stand for hours and give 8-9 dates for a task that takes 1-2 days.

Staff is not cooperative at all. They don't pick calls or even respond. It takes 20 days for them to get signatures of their officer on documents to be submitted to the EPFO office. And they say 3rd party server was down for 15 days. Is this how government offices are supposed to function?

The staff were uncooperative; furthermore, they made me wait outside for an hour just to review my application submission. It takes an excessive amount of time to issue a specific certificate.

Today being Gandhi Jayanti there was a huge cleanliness drive and after so long the market place has been cleaned. Let's hope that people cooperate to keep the place clean. Let us not depend upon the government machinery but we ourselves must use less plastic and not litter. Keep Ponda clean.

Waste management in upper bazar road is not working properly. Man came as per their mind and collect some houses waste. Also lots of dogs in the street near to Upper bazar . Please send dog catcher team

Staff are good but no time maintain by senior madam who is issuing birth certificate as municipal office is open at 2 and she didn't came by 2.30 that's worst

Please take a note ..from last 5 days garbage pickup not done from Vi Mini store, Shantinagar ponda, pickup person daily coming but not collecting our garbage, These happened several times till yet .

Staff are good but senior madam who is issuing birth certificate at municipal office don't fallow the time where office opens at 2pm and she didn't came by 2:30pm that's worst And due to her people face trouble that should be change.
