Aadhaar seva kendra,chandkheda (In municipal office)

Very poor service, I went there for address change to my son, because of some scholarship he can get in Gujarat, they rejected the form for over writing, but there's nothing like that, then next day they rejected for school principal sign, they need only councillor sign, then why higher authority of education department signature accepted mentioned in that form? We're from other state, because of that. but all are living in India only know? then next day went with councillor with electricity bill and rental agreement, school id card, they rejected because of need consent form from house owner, that they don't have any objection to change address to their house, house owner is in another state, they said will provide you give some time. Then next day went to another enrollment centre and successfully completed with principal signature itself. Past 3 years I'm working in Ahmedabad we didn't faced such issues like this. 4 days taken waste of leave. That person eating chewing gum and sitting under AC and simply rejected, but normal people only know the struggle. I'm educated so no issues, if uneducated person means, what they'll do?

The person is very arrogant.
