Very very Bad staff. My father give application with authorised stamp for address update on aadhar card and they reject everytime by saying this sign is not correct, stamp is slightly out of box and etc. they also don't know about election card. And they work in AMC, It's very shameful thing.

Update the system no computer no printer people has to wait too long bcoz of slow material process

For Adhaar card u have to come early and take a token. After 12 hard to get token.

Very very Rude staff. They insult public everyday. They insult ladies also. They make people suffer. They don't give proper answer. Very shameless staff. No help from anyone. They think people are their servants and they are the our owners. They just enjoy doing timepass and work slowly so that less people can come. Complaint filed to UIDAI. Complaint filed to PMO India website. They all ll be transferred or suspended very soon. Same situation at Sabarmati sub zonal center.

My vote is for Jigar bhai, he always picks up my call in difficult times and whenever I need help with water problems, he gives me the facility of water supply. I really liked this work of his. From: Sandeep Shrimali

There is a lot of room for improvement. The system of issuing token for any work seems very frustrating. The AMC should learn that only having good looking building doesn't help; instead the need of the hour is "seva bhaav" among the employees. We did not see any such thing in the staff that we encountered. The person at the window is masala chewing and sometimes he does not talk properly to people because of the mouthful of ghutka. On the other hand, the person handling the aadhar card desk is very ill trained, not able to type, his desk his highly unorganised and dirty. Makes grave typing mistakes in an important document like Aadhar . Not even talk properly. Otherwise parking , etc are good. Location is good. The AMC commissioner needs to sensitize the staff that they are for serving the citizens and not to treat them with disdain

This is new building of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, Chandkheda ward. Ample parking space is available here. This office provides Aadhar Card service. Token is given in advance. Person at front end is very rude and expect the typical government office kind of hostile behaviour here.
