Staff is cooperative....especially Mr.Ravi sharma ,working as Aadhaar operator... I had visited AUDA CIVIC CENTER ...for my mother ....she is senior citizen ....He gave right guidelines for our Aadhaar data mis match ...and resolved our problem.....I really thank ful to Mr. Ravi sharma ....

I went there to get our mobile number updated in Adhar card records. I was apprehensive after reading the reviews, but my experience was very positive. I went with two elderly people, and they were treated with a lot of care. Every staff person was very responsive and respectful. They worked very efficiently and quickly. The office is very clean with lots of space. Excellent customer service; I am plesantly surprised. I wish you great luck,keep up the good work

Worst service, I visit two times for aadhar updation, both time they said aadhar card updation is done via token system and you have to reach at 9 for token otherwise once token over there will be no new entry you have to visit another day. they are literally free, chatting around but no willingness to do work. Pathetic jerks

There's a person guiding the Aadhar related visitors to sit in the queue on the chair after they have filled and get their forms checked. There is no separate line for the disabled but they do have enough chairs. I wouldn't blame staff for any server or connectivity issues. I found the team present at the Aadhar centre to be polite and helpful. The process and document needed may require a person to visit more than once. I too had to visit second time as I had no information related to the required documents etc. I have added all the information related photos so that any visitors planning for Aadhar update or fresh application can get answers for their related questions.

Rude old staff at aadhar kendra. Old guys got no chill and they will publically insult you if you put any extra letter on form.

AMC staff is busy on their personal work with Customer's service.

It is unacceptable for a service as crucial as Aadhar to operate in such a pathetic manner. Immediate steps need to be taken to improve the behavior of the staff, streamline processes, and create a more organized and respectful environment for citizens. This experience was deeply disappointing and needs urgent attention from the authorities.

The attitude of the staff present in the centre is rude and uncoporative. They only believe in not doing their job and waste your time However the building of CHC and location are very good but what is the use of it when people working over there are non productive.
