Sorry to say but people sitting there have to take training as they have least knowledge.I wanted to change my address in aadhar but not wanting to change my name after marriage, there expression were very questioning type. I have to visit this center four times but they rejected my application in minor issues, no proper guidance and shouting at people like they were giving service to us on meharbani. And at last I have to go to an agent and they changed my address through application which was rejected by this center. Very bad service. I didn't wanted a one star too. Specially senior citizen people sitting there were very rude.

No discipline and system. One has to stand in queue just for enquiry and then they will nicely say "come tomorrow". Anyone would walk in without following the queue and major partialities of "setting hai" is there. Pathetic behaviour of some of the staff there

Property Tax Department "Staff" members are highly cooperative and kind as well. Services regarding name correction are excellent, they gave receipt and informed me by SMS. Thanks to the Staff Members.

Here property tax is paid or if name transfer has to be done on property tax bill then it will also be here on Monday, Wed and Friday. Here you can also get your birth certificate transferred from Gujarati to English.

Infrastructure It is good, clean ,managed parking for two wheelers, for four wheelers only limited space available. Elevator capacity is very less, only four person at a time and that too including the lift man. So there is a lot of waiting at lift, would recommend to use stairs you will reach early. The departments are not tagged in detail . You need to ask one or the other person for the table of concerned officer Working Working is same as it is in every government offices. If you don't know complete rules, U need to go many times and still your work may not be done. I suggest municipality to have a knowledge centre there , who will educate the citizen about the rules and the concerned authority for the work.

The place management is worst. I asked for online updates in aadhar and they replied that they don't know. The crew here is totally misleading. Here i wanted to update adhar and even there was board where it mentioned that we can apply online. When i asked about this stuff . They clearly replied that they didn't knew it. These people seems to be somehow not clear about digital india. They are government workers and though they don't have knowledge about it. Seriously disappointed with the staff. Here staff people are talking on phone and act like they are busy so we can't ask them..

At Maninagar Citi Civic Centre one can get Birth & Death Certificate, Pay Property Tax , Professional Tax, Vehicle Tax, Get forms for Tax Related Problem Like Tax Change, Owner Name change, Occupier Name Change, Ghumastha Dhara Certificate,

I went to the Aadhar Card office. Overall it is well maintained. By government standard, the Aadhar officials are Co operative but have very poor performing hardware
