The worst experience I ever had and the response from the employee was worst. Think twice before visiting. Bank Employees need to reached them Target ? They ask 24 X 7 Service available & once Account Open then, Evan they do not pick customer Call . Specially Mr.Bhavesh . DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNT . @ at that time if I know need to call customer , I do not open in your bank . Now start processing to closing my all account from your bank .

Please don't go to this bank for updating your Aadhar card, very poor service. I have requested to update my Aadhar card, the person has checked my documents which were my previous Aadhar card, marriage certificate, my husbands Aadhar card and he took 200 charge to do this process, after waiting for a month I visited bank and had asked the same person about the update as I had not received any, he checked the status and said that it has already been updated. After that I called on 1947 for updation status and they said instead of mine bank person has entered my husbands details and my husbands name was changed. The worst experience I ever had and the response from the employee was worst. Think twice before visiting.

Poor customer support. (Update) yesterday - November 10, bank manager and relationships manager finally resolved issue after much chasing and complaint. Not an experience expected of kotak. Disappointed. Issue resolved after much efforts and disappointing service. Will revise rating based on future service quality

Bank staff is so kind and helpful. aadhar Card update center is also available in bank. Parking facility is OK for two wheeler but if you come in car you face problem for parking car. If you have any A/c related problem they Provide quality service.

Best service and Customer Support , I visited recently, and I went to there because Test The Nature of their Staff, and Check Facilities. I Got very best Behaviour of Staff .

We have a current account in bank for past 4 months, the service of the Mr Haresh Goswami is out standing. We recently requested to open our saving joint account. The head office took ages to respond but Mr Haresh Goswami-Operation Manager at V V Nagar Branch supported through the transition extremely well and time and now gave us the update on the progress. He ensured tremendous support and we are thankful to him for his efforts that he's put in opening the account. I recommend everyone to meet him at the branch for wonderful banking experience.

Not a bank but bunch of careless ppl who are working as sales team only. Not a service team
