Poor performance by the employees of Aadhar centre. Want to give 2 out of 100 Worst experience ever. Number of employees available but useless.

VERY poor behavior by staff member we have to sit in line for hours and hours and they are not giving proper reply also so please take action against them

This place is in District collector office. Sign boards are marked in Gujarati language only. Opening time is 10AM. Sharing my today's experience. I reached at 10 AM and there are approx 10 people outside the office waiting for open by guard. He opened it at 10:05 and every one start taking there chairs as they already know how numbers will be called. There are two sections, on left people who want to update something in aadhar will seat and on right new applicants. For new applicants process starts at 10:55. As I want to update my number only I sat at left. Now the main thing first time visitors should keep in mind, queue will move like a snake. First row rightmost seat means no 1 and queue will move from right to left from that seat. Now for second row left most seat is no1. So take your seat carefully and dont let anyone to come in middle. For all changes price is 30rs and for e adhar card its 10. Working lady is good.Takes approx 10 mins for each person. Suggestions: Please also use Hindi/English in forms and on sign boards. Can keep it more clean. Can use coupon system to avoid that snake system

Centre for all types of Aadhar related solutions. Too good infrastructure, good and hassle free procedure and on the top very courteous staff. Highly recommended for visit for all of your Aadhaar related tasks.

They have put one old man seating on chair outside room, who is giving forms and asking for money indirectly, by saying that i have not signed on form so in the room you may find server issue. Bla.. bla..

Very poor. Arrogant behaviour of staffs even to a defence person. Horrible office management.
