Aadhar Seva Kendra

This Digital Aadhaar Seva Kendra has ample scope to be much better than what it is currently. For one, there are no desks or tables arranged appropriately for citizens to sit and fill in forms. The current lounge waiting chairs have some desk type counters behind it. But really, how do they expect the citizen to sit and write? Also the staff can be trained to speak better and be more customer friendly.

Really really Excellent services. I have No words to explain my experience. Very helpful people. For senior citizens, they offer priority services, wheel Chair, and very friendly communications in all aspects. I really thankful to all the staff available there. I have observed their behaviour and found that, they respect all the visitors and try to be helpful as much as possible. Even with the repeated continuous work, they keep the politeness and smile on their face. Selute.

The service provider is very hot tempered. Service provided haphazardly. I waited there for more than 2 and half hours just to update my aadhar photo and I got the token number 13, even though I had to return empty handed.

It starts at 9.30am,but operators comes at 10am,if any one wants to do it in morning session,go early by 9.30,take a token,fill the form & sit, for one person they take 10 to 12 mins,go with all originals only,they don't need any Xerox.

The staff is really great and they are trying to provide better service. The only problem is people without civics sense.

Good experience overall. There is a small restaurant downstairs (Balista) where you can eat and wait while your number comes. We went there for aadhar enrolment for a newborn baby and turns out you don't need a token for that. Just show up and they will take 1) Original Birth Certificate 2) Either Parent's Aadhar Card and that's it. Note: Newborn baby has to be present as well. Their lunch hours are between 1:30pm - 2:30 pm so try to avoid going there during that time. Weekdays the rush is not so much. I'm guessing weekends probably get a little chaotic.

Visit on Sunday and centre is closed. As I seen in photos there is poster that said Sunday also open. Wrong information conveyed.
