The employees behave very rudely and do not even know how to talk and talk with a lot of attitude. Government please teach them how to talk and most of all they do not work on time.

I complaint 4 times for low water but never came here for service and every time showing that complaint has solved. Very very worst experience

The server downtime and low employee productivity are causing significant operational challenges. Immediate action is required to address these issues and ensure business continuity.

Good work at west zone by RMC all staff and management was good,cleanliness,meeting hall all facilities are good .

The staff is not up to date he comes after 10AM and so many problems .I am go to online appointment still I waiting for 1and half hour

According to the time table of the city bus, the bus time does not come on any day and the bus does not even stand at the stop and the conductor is in a bad mood. Please, government should take action on this. People are also filling the bus so much.

Reasonable priced food court. Must good to visit for street food only.

We went for Name addition, minor correction and issue of translated English cum Gujarati Birth Certificate. We got excellent co-operation and very Quick services from Divyaben, Madhavi Mehta and also young ladies sitting at Certificate issuing counters. Very disciplined staff. Our total work was completed in less than 2 hours time. Prior to going there personally, When i enquired over phone, Few Agents and Advocates were asking for Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 5,000 for the same work...!!!
