Very Good Experience. Totally arranged procedure to get the Aadhaar Updated. Proper sitting arrangement, enquiry counters, form filling facility etc. Every Process is having smooth touch. I got my work done in approx 30 minutes. Timings are 9:30 to 5:30 Lunch time 1:30 to 2:00

I am dissatisfied with the service. I booked an appointment for a new Aadhaar card for a family member whose address is in Bharuch. I was directed to visit the Collector's Office in Bharuch, but I am unsure if this information is accurate. Unfortunately, no one is providing clear guidance. Please clarify and assist with the correct process.
After charging 30rs and making us wait in line for over an hour they give a color print on 70gsm A4 paper instead of a PVC card. 30rs for a color print is a scam. Better get your PVC card directly online.
Very arrogant staff at reception. Does not respond properly. Went to update address in Aadhar but response was very poor. Doesn't bother about customers. Very careless. Plz treat as genuine feedback. Try other centers if possible. Went with relevant documents as per Aadhar website. You may plz check with your staff. Not all customers are unaware of rules.
