Very less staff according to the public, in Voter Card section there are only one counter works. The line is very long which takes about 4 to 5 hours. Need more employees for better service the charge for one voter card printing is only 30 but it takes almost my half day. Note that the correction is not done here it's only possible through online. Aadhar Card facility also available and crowd is less, you can go they gave you a token which is good that you know when to attend for your work, which saves a lot of time.

Such a bad service of smc and fun fact the staff don't know rules visited 10 times and got no respond

No one is willing to work, public stand in queue and waiting for their turn from last 2-3 hour, but no one care, just because they are below poverty line or not enough educated? Even only 2-3 employes are available to handle approx 100-200 visitors

Serious behavioural issue of the staffs. Deliberately delaying to enroll or edit adhar card. It affects public time and experiencing mis management of government. Regards,

Govt. should try to reduce the problems faced by civilians. Generally there are huge crowds/ queues are formed for simple formalities. Simplification is required.

The people working here are very lazy, they go to eat after getting up from the table in the middle of work and do not even give general information

Services is very poor staff is not responsible for your work

Very 3rd class service even they don't know the rules of aadhar service...
