There is a person in this kendra called Rinkuben - she is one of the smartest helping staff I have seen - she not only gave solutions to update your aadhar and pan card but also pro-actively gave advice to senior citizen, Very pleasant experience with no hassles. Only problem is to reach need to climb iron stairs.

Pathetic Service , server seems to be down always. Numerous people ahead of me went home just becuase they couldn't update their number for Aadhar Card. I sat there for 2 hours but the customer service representatives said that I would have to wait for couple of hours or come back another day. Government should provide seamless Internet Service considering the actual time to change such things is only 10mins. I would advise calling them before you go to see if their server is working and only then you should visit in person. Also tell them what service you were enquiring about on phone. Calling them would save time before you go in person.

One of the most disappointing experiences I have had. I have been attempting to contact the staff at this facility over the phone for several days now, seeking assistance in changing my phone number on my Aadhaar card. Unfortunately, each time I have called, I have been informed that the server is down. Today, I decided to visit the Samta (Vadodara) branch in person to inquire about the status of the server. Upon my arrival, I observed three staff members present - one male and two females. One of the female staff members kindly assisted me in filling out the update form, after which I was asked to wait. To my dismay, I waited for several hours without receiving any further assistance. During this time, another female customer arrived seeking an address update on her Aadhaar card. Despite the fact that I had arrived before her, the male staff member chose to prioritize her request and allowed her to complete her transaction before attending to me. As soon as she departed, the male staff member also left, leaving me unattended. When it was finally my turn, the female staff member who had initially assisted me informed me that the server was now down. Despite my patient wait and willingness to accommodate the staff's schedule, I was unable to obtain the assistance I sought. This experience leads me to question the reliability and willingness of the staff to provide assistance, particularly if you are a male customer. The service provided was inadequate and disappointing.

Very pleasant experience with no hassles or red tape.

Rinks Ben , a pretty girl , attended all my adhar &pan card related needs , very politely & efficiently, thanks to such dedicated persons , this job became a pleasurable experience, all thanks to her ,&many bl3ssings,
